I created my own 9 pillars of prevention and I wanted to empower you with these questions to ask yourself to prevent dis𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄:

How do I give and receive love? What are my love languages? Are my love languages being met? Do I show myself love? How often do I massage my body and give myself love? How often do I hug others? When was the last time I did something for someone else? When's the last time I did something that I loved? Do I have good relationships?
𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆:
What foods do I eat? Do I eat well balanced meals? Do I have any sensitivities to certain foods? What foods can be used as medicine?
𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆:
How often do I move my body? Do I move my body every day? How often have I gone outside for a hike?
𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆:
Do I avoid feeling intense emotions? Do I feel my emotions? Do I notice when certain things make me feel a specific way? Do I feel my body?
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐍𝐆:
How much sleep do I get each night? Do I go to bed and wake up at the same time every day? Do I wake up rested? Do I find time throughout my day to relax my nervous system?
𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆:
What kind of thoughts do I have throughout the day? Do I have positive or negative thoughts? Do I think critically about myself? Do I encourage myself?
𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆:
What do I drink? How much water do I drink each day?
𝐒𝗪𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆:
What kinds of movement gets me sweating? When was the last time I sweat so much my shirt was drenched? Do I make time to sweat toxins out of my body?
𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆:
Did I take at least 5 deep, conscious, intentional breaths? How can I incorporate more mindful breathwork into my daily routine? When do I take a deep cleansing breath? Did I get fresh air?
What did I do today that will bring me to what I want and need? What did I do today that made me feel well?
Focus on 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬. Don’t be hard on yourself, always 𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 you can do with the current situation you have. Be 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 towards yourself. If you ever need support or guidance with getting clear on your path, book a clarity call with me and see if we are a good fit!
