Stress Management Practice

I am sure we all experienced stress at some point in our life. I recently learned this practice and wanted to share it with you all. It is called the stressor scale.

It can be very anxiety producing to even look at the stressor. It can be easier to look at them with someone or be in a safe space with a group. I highly recommend to check in with yourself to see if this is right for you to do alone, or if you need someone to be there with you! What you will need: - pencil, paper, and presence

There are two ways you can do this practice!

1. Draw a line and write low to high. Write down your stressors based on where they land. Then write beside each if you can: control this stressor, influence this stressor, or cannot control it.

2. Create columns and rate your stressors on a scale of 1-10, 1 being low and 10 being high stressor.

This is a practices for when we are in stressed and overwhelmed state and a practice that can be done to prevent you from going to that space.

I hope that you found this practice useful! If you need someone to do this with, book a free clarity call and we can do this practice together and make a plan on how to manage your stress. You can get a sense of how I coach people through their challenges!
