Women aren't given the information that we deserve. We aren't told about anything when it comes to our period, the symptoms we experience and why we experience them. Although this can go for anything in life when it comes to symptoms.
I am here to advocate for body literacy. I am here to be a guide for women to learn, understand and connect with their bodies, to learn the language of their bodies.
Your body doesn’t have words. Your body speaks and communicates with you in different ways. Symptoms are one of the ways your body communicates with you.
The body tell you the things that you are ignoring, numbing, repressing, or choosing not to see.
If you experience symptoms:
- Your symptoms are real and deserve attention (it’s not “all in your head”)
- Symptoms are an expression of something deeper, the body is trying to tell you something, are you listening?
- Don’t treat the symptoms, get to the root problem, solve the problem at its roots
- Symptoms are not enemies to be destroyed, but sacred messengers who encourage us to look deep within and take better care of ourselves
We are so used to getting things instantly. Although, when it comes to healing, healing takes time. Quick fixes does not resolve the root problems. If you experience symptoms, I want to remind you that it will take time, patience, dedication, and compassion. It reminds you that you have everything that you need.
No one knows you better than you. You know your story and journey best. When you connect with your body, tune in and listen, you will receive the answers about why you are experiencing what you are experiencing.
Your body is all your need. Your body is so powerful, so resilient, so beautiful. Your body loves you, it is not against you, it is working to support you. You can either listen to your body or ignore it. Ignoring it will may lead to bigger problems. If you are ready to learn the language of your body and feel at home within yourself, I invite you to book a free clarity call with me to see how I can support you on your journey. I look forward to connecting with you
