In this printable PDF is circle chart for deep body connection, charting mucus, LH and BBT (both celcius and fahrenheit is included). This circle cycle chart is best used for creative projects only. If you are using cycle charting with BBT for conscious contraception you need a template that clearly shows temperature shifts, cervical fluid, vaginal sensation, cervix tracking and daily journal notes. I provide an example of what the chart would look like when a woman has completed the chart!
