Take your practice to a deeper level with 1-on-1 classes.
1-on-1 classes are the perfect way to take your practice to a deeper level and receive personalized attention you otherwise might not get in a group class. As a women's health coach, I sync the practice with your cycle. After going over your personal needs, objectives, and aspirations, I'll develop and guide you through a series of practices to help you connect deeper with your mind body.
